In return you will share a 8 foot table to create your projects. 48 hours of scrap booking.

You will receive a Crop 2 Help T-shirt designed by a wonderful graphic designer. We will take a group Picture that you can find on this blog, facebook or I can e-mail you.

We have bunk style bedding/ this is a church camp retreat house. You will need to bring your bedding and towels. You will have your name put in a pot for a door prize. And there is goody bags that you will not believe. Jeanette has been working hard soliciting goodies. ( Thanks, girlfriend) And a few surprises too.

Your meals will also be furnished and chocolate snacks. You will need to bring your soft drinks. We will furnish water and Tea. No you will not go hungry. We will have our Yard Sale once again. You bring any items you would like to sell, with your initials and the last 4 digits of your phone #. We will sell you items on Saturday after breakfast. There will also be a box to send item to the Shriner's Children, so pack up that un wanted items and join us. If you have any questions please call me or email me.

New Year Update*

Ladies, I just got an update from the Daughters of the Nile.

With the $ we gave the hospital, 40 DVD was bought and a laptop.

They were so excited about all the scrapbooking supplies that was given too. I want to personally thank you for your help. I will have a date for the 2011 Crop 2 Help event in a few weeks. So check back by mid February.

Terri McElwee has donated this beautiful calendar scrapbook to be given away at this years crop. What do you have to do, you ask?

There is several ways to get your name in on this great give away.

1.Your name goes in if you come to the crop.

2.Your name goes in if you bring me can tabs.

3. Your name goes in if you bring me any coke product bottle caps.

4. You bring scrapbook items for the Shriners hospital.

5. Your name goes in if you bring items for the yard sale.

I will be adding ways to get your name in for this drawing in the next few weeks, just check back.

We will be having a yard sale in October.

Do you have items that you would like to re-coop a little of the $ you spent on them? Just bring them to the crop with your Initials and the last 4 digits of your phone # on the tag along with your price. I will set it up and we will try and sell it to each other. I was involved in one in February and made about 75.00. So I went to Scrapbook princess and spent it all. Don't forget your items to donate to the hospital kids and your can tops.

Plans are already being made for this years crop. This will be our 5th! Can you believe we have had 5 great events. And we have grown each year, and I am so glad to have each of you join us. So mark that calendar for the weekend of October 8th. And get ready to have a great weekend. Wonder "WHO" will join us this year.

3. if you have scrapbooking items you no longer use, the children at the hospital would live to have them.

4. Tammy will be bringing her Cricut, so if you don't want to bring yours. Just bring your mat. We can share the machine.

5. Jeanette is bringing her Slice and will share.

Leave all your troubles behind and get ready to enjoy your weekend.

I hope you are packing up for the crop or at least thinking about what you are bring to the 4th Annual Crop 2 Help Retreat.

Got home from a long weekend away and I had 2 checks in the mail.

So spread the word -this year it maybe hard to fill the retreat.

I have been working hard on the Friday night dinner plans.

I realize NOW that this weekend is the Scrap Pink at our local scrapbooking store. I did not realize this when I was contacted by the camp in January. Seems the retreat house was filling up fast and they wanted us to have a date, as a returning group. There are only 7 people that sent me $.
